Guardianships
Guardianships and Conservatorships are legal proceedings where a judge must find that a person is unable to manage their own affairs and that a guardian should be appointed to manage the care and custody and/or financial affairs of the incapacitated person.
Guardianship
A guardianship of the person is a proceeding where the guardian has management and control of personal care decisions.
Limited Guardianship
A guardianship of the person is a proceeding where the guardian has management and control of some personal care
Conservatorship
A conservatorship is a proceeding where the conservator has management and control of financial matters.
