How long will the consultation last?

Initial consultations typically are 30 to 45 minutes. Please allow one hour in your schedule for our initial consultation.

During this time we will review the aspects of your case, I will get to know you and your goals for resolution, and we’ll look at a few basic options and determine our next step.

What shall I bring to our initial consultation?

Please bring all paperwork that you think is important.

Consider any names, addresses, information, etc. that would help us better determine your case options. Write down any questions you may have so that we can get those answered right away.

Prior to our appointment I may request that you bring specific documents pertaining to your case.

What is the goal for our initial meeting?

Our goal will be to get to know each other and feel comfortable, relieve your fears and concerns, then determine a course of action and to move forward with your case.
